  • Cook beef and onions with olive oil until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any liquid at the bottom of the skillet.

  • Turn off the heat. Add mustard, unsweetened ketchup, mayonnaise, and 1 cup of cheddar. Mix well.
