Creamy Chicken, Bacon, and Cauliflower Bake

Keto recipes easy. Do you need an idea to make a delicious dish for your ketogenic diet? Well then you need to try to make creamy chicken, bacon, and cauliflower bake. This dish is of course high in fat and low in carbs. Furthermore, this dish is also gluten free. In order to make this dish you need to prepare some of these following ingredients and steps.

Creamy Chicken, Bacon, and Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr chicken thigh fillets
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 bunch English spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • ½ cup pouring cream
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 green shallots
  • 1/3 cup 3-cheese mix

Directions:

First thing first you need to preheat your oven to 200C/180C which is fan forced. And then subtly grease around 8 cup capacity ovenproof baking dish.

Secondly, you need to heat oil and butter in the large frying pan. Wait for the butter to turn foamy, after that add bacon and cauliflower that is already trimmed. Cook it for around 8 to 10 minutes. Don’t forget to stir it. Wait till it become light golden.

Thirdly, after the cauliflower and bacon become light golden you need to add English spinach to the pan. Cook it till the spinach wilted. After that remove the heat, and then pour the cream, half of the shallot, and thymes leaves. Stir it well until it mixed together. Move to the prepared dish.

Next, spray a pan with oil. And then, put the chicken to the pan. Cook each side until golden. After, the chicken is done put them on top of the cauliflower mixture.

Last but not least, sprinkle cheese all over the chicken or on the top of the chicken. After that, you need to back it around for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Let it cool off for about 5 minutes and then your dish is ready to serve. Don’t forget to add the remaining shallot to the dish.
