Ingredients

Before starting to make it, you need to set up the ingredients for the cupcakes and also the frosting process. For the cupcakes, you may prepare five tablespoons of coconut flour, a half cup of coconut butter, one tablespoon of ground flax seeds, a quarter cup of sugar-free sweetener, a half cup of hot water, one tablespoon of vanilla extract and baking powder, and a pinch of salt. While for the frosting, you may arrange one cup of raw cashews, a half cup of full-fat coconut milk, two tablespoons of sugar-free natural sweetener, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and a half tablespoons of matcha powder as its main ingredients.

How to make it

After preparing the ingredients needed, you are ready to make the cupcake! First thing first, you should preheat your oven up to 350F. While doing this process, you could grease six muffin tins on it. Second, you can mix the coconut butter with water and stir it up until it becomes smooth and combined. After that, add vanilla, flax seeds, natural sweetener and salt and mix them up. Next, you may combine baking powder and coconut flour in a separate bowl. After this mixture is made, you could divide this mixture into each muffin tins and bake it for 20-25 mins until it turns to golden. Finally, remove it from the oven and place them in a freezer while you make for the frosting. For the frosting, you could mix all of the ingredients in a blender for 2-3 mins and then spoon over the chilled cupcakes from the freezer.
